CTC #2 (and smells like it, too!)
Every time I try to get creative with the contests I run they always turn INTO #2. So I'm keeping this one basic.
Rules:
1. Finish the first and third panel.
2. If you make a series: First comic in series must keep middle panel the same. The rest I could care less.
3. No oldies, no photoshop.
