Here's the template for CTC #4. 

This one will be ultra basic. You can add speech to the either of the characters in the middle panel. You just have to keep them in the same position. Keep the background the same in the middle panel. The rest of it I could give a shit less about.

Neither is mandatory. They'll just make me giggle.
