You've got the capital letters and the nonsensical dialogue down, now you just need to add humor.

It's not that dissimilar from the few Jerkcity comics I've read -- which I also didn't enjoy.

I think the color is a definite improvement.  You should do more color ones.

Don't worry about coherent dialogue. Most of us just like the pictures.
