Rule number two: If this cc has three or more particpants, this cc then becomes null and void.
Rule number three: I will only judge after this cc has at least three participants.
Rule number four: Disregard rules one through three.
Rule number five: Hit the Random Comic Layout button and use the phrase "I was talking to the black guy."
Judging will take place at some point in the future yet to be determined.
