Holy crap!  I forgot I was supposed to come up with a new contest.  My Bad!  Anyway...let's try this on for size.  The new contest will have to have an Orwellian aire about it (re:"1984").  It would help if the entrants have some idea what that book is about so get out the Cliff's Notes!

It must be a new comic done in as few or as many panels as you choose.  Encompassing the World's Worst from the past, present & future will score extra points with the judge.  I am not requiring that the comics be bawdy, sexist, racist or generally crude......but it wouldn't hurt.  The winner will be announced in 2 weeks on 10/12/2013!
