Welcome to Stripcreator, your humour's solid and you're off to a great start :)

A couple of tips as requested:

• Try to avoid using so much text that it extends the panel upwards, as the background starts to loop.


• Leave the bubble blank for a pregnant pause, the "..." looks silly as it makes the bubble skinnier than the pointer bit underneath


• Tidy up the grammar and punctuation a bit, eg; missing full stops, caps at the start of a sentence, "b/c". Just makes it easier to read.

Those are just housekeeping points though, you've got the main thing down: the funny :)

In general, are comic strips expected to have proper grammar? 

I honestly have never been an avid comic strip reader, but i found this site and thought it would be an interesting medium to play out some of my twisted humor.

Generally yes with the grammar unless it's necessary for the humour. It's best to avoid anything that might put a reader off as it can detract from the joke.

Stripcreator's a bit different though; you can get away with a LOT more with hand-written text or a comic-style font. Writing in all caps for example - standard anywhere else, but it looks horrible here.
