First off I would like to establish that even RCLG can enter this contest despite it being a bit different than a usual RCL design.

It's okay for him to enter because everything (characters and backgrounds) are all determined by pressing the 'random comic' button.

Secondly I would like to establish why ragu4u can enter. It's not going to be too confusing for anyone to understand, so that's not a good excuse.

Third, the same for brycekain. Let your violence out, it's okay.

Fourthly, the same for bigworm. Don't worry, you can use your own comic contest to promulgate the size of your worm.

Okay, and the same goes for anyone else at all. If you need an excuse dismissed, pm me and I'll include you.

So, now onto the rules:

1] Press the RC button until you like what you see.Then delete the characters and background in one of the 3 cells. You choose which cell to leave blank.

2] Do not remove the blank cell so as to create a 2 cell comic.

3] Complete the comic as you wish, leaving the one blank cell as a complete blank.

Thus you have an 'Altered State' random comic.

I'll do an example comic in case there's any misunderstandings.
