As you may know, the ending movies from time-to-time have to re-shot because of negative feedback from a test audience.  "Risky Business" comes to mind.

In that vain, imagine if the endings some of the funnier comics on this website had to be re-shot because the orignal ending maybe wasn't as good?  And, when I say "orignal ending", I don't mean the one that was actually posted.  I mean an imaginary original ending that was discarded before the comic was posted.  Below is an example:

So, here's the theme:  make a comic with a possible alternate ending to a previous comic posted on stripcreator.com.  Post the original first, and then your re-shoot below it.

You're not going to believe this, but I wrote my entry for this contest in 2002.

You see, CC121 was about taking a bad comic and making it better.  Now, this contest here is about taking a good comic and speculating about what the original, presumably worse, ending might have been.  However, my CC121 entry didn't even get an honorable mention, which is saying something because there were a lot of honorable mentions in that contest.  So clearly, my revision must have been worse than the original, making it a perfectly suitable entry for this contest.  And I only had to wait 13 years!
