OPC65 started back in 2012, and took over a year to judge. The winner of that contest stopped coming to the site, so it sat for three years until a "first runner up" was selected (that would be me). This contest should take... significantly less time to judge.
Just in case you joined the site in the 3-4 years we haven't had OPCs, the premise is that you create a one-panel comic about a given topic. For this contest, the topic will be "coming back from the dead". The comic can be about someone famous for having thwarted death (like America's favorite religious icon and redeemer-of-the-damned, Superman), or it can illustrate something funny or unusual about the process of postponing one's eternal slumber. It's only one-panel long, so I won't put any restrictions on it, so be creative!
I'll be back to shovel-bludgeon this one back into its grave in about two weeks, or whenever enough entries have joined the zombie horde.
