OK people...It's been a while since we did one of these so put on the old thinking caps and go for it. (New Comics Only) Judging will be when I pick the winner, no sooner.
1) Hit the random comic layout button until you find a layout to your liking. Then make a funny comic. You may use the 1, 2 or 3 panel format for this comic.
2) At some point one character has to say "That's what HE said!"
3) Bonus points if your comic uses only female characters.
