So I took ZMann's strategy and went with an area code. 647 is the area code for Toronto and in his album, the rapper Drake referred to Toronto as the "Six". As most comics are three panels long, that gives us 666. (I know. I just took the contest idea from whoever wins CC 665.)
Your comic must refer to 666, or the mark of the beast, in some way.
And just because, you can only use characters from the "goats", "exploding dogs", and "dexx" catagories. (Catagories 6, 4, and 7 respectively in case you were wondering).
