It was only two contests ago that we had a theme about the world's worst presidential candidate.  But in the time since then, the US actually elected the world's worst presidential candidate, and Injokester nicely gave us some new artwork to represent him, so we need a contest to break it in.  So: in this contest, please show me someone proposing or implementing the world's worst government policy.  You don't have to use any particular artwork, of course.

Contests in this forum tend to proceed at a pace that would make even a Southerner yawn, so I'll judge this one whenever I feel like it.  At least two weeks from now, and after at least three people have entered.

The stripper whom I elect as the winner will be the president of WW115, whether they win the popular vote or not.
