Once, long ago, I stumbled across this website. At the time, I merely glanced over it and then I was on my way far from it. I found it insulting. I didnt realize HOW insulting until I realized who the comics were about. Now, I see my boyfriend and my best friend directly assualted on these pages. What happened to the part about the characters being fictional? This is bull. I hope you guys dont get enough money to keep this site up.

Getting back to your original message -- there really isn't much anyone can do. This is a place where anyone (yes, you too) can come and create comic strips.

xTheDax and Sk0rpion came here and made some strips which you find offensive. That reflects on them, not the rest of us. We aren't "bastards" for using the same web site. We have nothing to do with them.

I suggest you take it up with the people who created the offending comics, not with the people who happen to use the same comic creation tool.

There's an old city law which has never been repealed in Klaipeda, Lithuania, which states that's it's legal to kill a person by jamming a toothbrush in their ear if they've made libellous comics about you. So if you and the person who made the offending strips are in Klaipeda, you're laughing.

I wasnt insulting any of you. I know you didnt do it. I am insulted by what these other ppl have done. I already emailed this Brad person, whoever he is. And the insult to me was this : my boyfriend lost his brother to the IRA. These two keeps bringing it up and rubbing salt in the wounds.

Well, Brad created this place, but other than that he doesn't influence the content. He is just a wonderful guy who makes it possible for people with no artistic talent able to make comic strips.

Comics are kool. But at the same time, he should be able to monitor what happens and what is made. Just like a moderator would watch the forums and such.

I can imagine that if Bush gets his way that censorship may be crammed down our throats soon enough. But I don't think he or you make a good argument for it.

You might consider taking your complaint directly to the feeb(s) that created those sub-standard strips. They deserve some abuse - or maybe that would just feed them.

There are places on the web where people can go if they don't want to see offensive material. That should be good enough.

But in the past, Brad has been generally tolerant of any content posted that's not explicitly illegal, and I must say I support him in that. Fuzzyman is correct when he says that your real problem is with the people who show you such contempt, not with we who have unintentionally provided them with a medium in which to express that contempt.
