Jabizo, I like the series. My only criticism is that parts 3 and 4 were too much alike. Considered separately, they're both good. But both feature Red Robot selling out his stated goals, so when I read the second one, I felt like it was getting old already. Not that I can think of any other way I'd have written it. Anyhow, keep up the good work.

Yeah, some assholes are deeper than others.

By the way, this series was gold!

After seeing so many all caps tobors I love seeing him speak rationally. It was the setup that drove this home. Loved the series!

Thanks for the outpouring of love. I feel as happy as a little gurl.

I doubt I can keep up with the rest of you veterans. I bow as a humble newbie before the gods of comic supremacy.

Now, if only we could get all of the newbies to carefully study Jabizo's debut and do their best to emulate it, we may actually start to make some progress!

Welcome! :)

As part-time unofficial freelance Stripcreator historian, I'd like to point out that this is not technically a newbie debut for Jabizo. His first comic was made a month ago, he entered Comic Contest 80, and he contributed to the Christmas Special and Cowboy Physics threads. If you don't recognize him, it's probably because he hasn't made a public nuisance out of himself like some people I could name. This is, indeed, a technique which should be studied and emulated by future newbies.

Sorry, J; I don't mean to embarrass you or anything.

Maybe there should be a section of the FAQ titled. "How can I avoid being an annoying git?" or "How do I avoid the wrath of Ladyj?" (Largely the same question).

Those comics were a riot. You did a much better job as a newbie than I did. And still do. Damn it.

Here, what's happened to lemur68?
To paraphrase Bill Hicks, why do the good people leave and all the script kiddie trolls remain?

His computer is broken, and so his only access is thru my computer. and now he's so damn behind on posts that he's resolved not to peak in on SC until he can catch up.

so hopefully he'll be back soon.

Cool. He had been away so long, I wasn't sure if I should put him on the regs page, but I will now. Thanks for that.

Not that I'm doing anything resembling catching up or anything, but I'm around. It's nice to know that I'm missed. :)

I would have bypassed this thread; I only clicked on it to remark that at first sight I thought the subject was "Red Robot demands more diverse holes."
