Actually, if I were to host that exchange, I would have edited out Bernard's phone number and email address. I'm not sure of the legal ramifications of posting private phone numbers contained in private email exchanges. For that matter, can they actually post his resume and email messages without his consent? Bernard is obviously a loon, but I wouldn't want to give him any legal leverage. As far as I know, "teaching him a lesson" is not a valid justification for violating his privacy. Or did he forfeit his privacy by spamming his resume to the world?

Yeah, I'm bored.
