This link was given to me by Panky. Or as I now call him, the man. Check it out, you won't be sorry.

If anyone's interested in the song, it's by Laziest Men on Mars

The guy who did that is responsible for several parody graphics too. Plus he's keeping an archive of some of them. Check out the link in my sig -- it's a new date -- and you can see some more.

I downloaded a Genesis emulator yesterday just so I could play Zero Wing. Now I'm working on a write-up. :)

evil_d... you HAVE to point me to where to get that Genisis emulator and the Zero Wing game. I gotta play it for myself.

I feel obliged to warn you against doing so, particularly if you're the type that has to finish something once you've started, as I am. I spent several hours on stage 7 alone. But you'll probably ignore this warning. I would too.

Follow the link in my sig. In the first paragraph, the links that say "emulators" and "ROM" will take you to the pages where I downloaded them. You'll have a choice of multiple emulators; presumably all of them will run the same ROM, but I don't know. The emulator I chose was Genecyst; it was written by the same guy who wrote NESticle, which is the NES emulator I use, and has pretty much the same UI. Aside from occasionally screwing up the sound, it works well for me.

I'll have some basic strategy in my review. For now, the most important advice I can give you is DO NOT MISS THE POWER-UPS.

emulators! Never knew they existed. Now today my eyes are opened. The birds sing a little bit louder and all is good. God bless emulators. :)

Guess we won't be seeing you for a few days, then. :)

I fear that this catch phrase has escaped from the Internet. This morning I caught some papers declaring "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" stapled to bulletin boards around campus. Be afraid...be very afraid.

Excellent! I don't suppose you'd have access to a scanner, would you? :)

Sorry, I have no pictures, nor ways to get the pictures up if I had them. It's just a piece of paper with words on it. No pictures, no fancy stuff.

Also, I had nothing to do with putting it up there, I swear.

Oh well. Very intriguing, though. If I were still in school I might do something like that myself.
