The voting system is SC.com's appendix - a superfluous vestigial bit that doesn't really do anything. That said, as far as I know the votes are actually being recorded, somewhere in the bowels of the database, but there had been so much cheating going on (yes, we know - why bother faking your obviously shithouse strip up to a higher ranking? Don't ask me...) that Brad, our fearless leader, had wasted far too much time trying to come up with something cheat-proof. Rather than continue wasting time on it, he took out the score display, left in the voting in the hope of making it fully functional once more, and that is that.
