Would it be possible to change my name/account log-in to something else? I mean, basicly just to get rid of the -Jrnymn- ball and chain. I was thinking of "JNate"(since nate is taken) or "Nat|-|an"(to remove the "J" all together, and since "Nathan" is taken).

of course, retaining my comics and posts and stuff... er i just realized how far out that concept is.

I'd have to write a script to do it and I'm not really enthusiastic about it. gabe wanted me to remove his underscore at one point, but I think I managed to slack my way out of that. It's vaguely a nightmare to do, as all of your comics and posts have your name associated with them and I'd have to change all of those and there would be some risk I'd just screw it all up and ruin everything. I'm pretty much fine with trying as long as you promise not to get mad if I accidentally waste your account and everything in it.

If it really is a nightmare, forget it. I'm not doin the whine for more stuff on a free service, just asking nicely.

But if you dont care or wanna try, sure, go ahead. I can start over if I get wasted, and -This- time on the right foot.

I don't know anything about it but I'd assume It'd be akin to "find all of --- and replace with ---" only over a period of 100's of different things. yech.

Actually, for a long time, everything before "Nate" just sort of mushed together visually for me, and I though his name was "Jeremy Nate."

But who would name their kid after Ron Jeremy?

I thought it was supposed to be "germinate" (sp?).

Like, to spread germs or something.

I always thought it was pronounced "German". Didn't Nate say he had some Teutonic blood?

I pronounce it Jer-nim-nate. To spell it, I think "Jr" as in the abbreviation of "junior," and "nymn" as in "pseudonymn," and then "nate" as in "Oh, I love the way you dominate me, you naughty, naughty donkey."
