I'm looking for some feedback, either positive or negative, so go ahead and let me know what you think. Some of my strips involve in-jokes and I want to know if they work without intimate knowledge of the subjects I'm spoofing. Thanks.

A little too in-jokey for my tastes... But still, a very admirable effort on your part.

I got most of the in-jokes, so I enjoyed the strips. Even if I didn't understand, I think I'd still be able to appreciate them on some level. But the more involved ones would probably just be confusing.

Thank you both. I'm still working out the whole effective gagwriting business. Some of them could have been better and, honestly, some aren't quite as funny as they were at the time. I'm trying to make them accessible on the in-joke level, but also on the random absurdity level. I think some of them don't need ANY knowledge of the subject at hand. Like this one:
