andydougan February 25, 2002 5:34 AM	I used to mix up DexX and Drexle. Once I saw what they both looked like and put faces to the names, though, I was okay. I know people get mixed up between all the K-Glaswegians. And I still sometimes confuse joshw with joft. And wirthling with a bucketful of excrement.

I can imagine the three K-Glaswegians (the KKK, if you will) being somewhat confusing. That's just a total coincidence. When I sign up for things I just make stupid names up off the top of my head, and I got the Kramer name off of the TV Guide. I have in the past used names like "Frankie Goes to Hollywood" (which was actually my first choice for this site, but it's too long), "Jeremiah Pulseduck" and the mighty "Spankatron 2002".

You want feedback?

They served their purpose. That is, no one can make a bad-stand-up-comic strip that will rank with Shakespeare, but most of us write a few anyway. Those fit preetty well into that series (especially #1).

The base jumper strip is worth a giggle (IIRC, BASE stands for bridges, antennas, structures and embankments), but Panel 2 could have probably been improved by using clouds1 background and showing Roger instead of Maura. Just having height2 say the text is kind of weak.

boorite April 9, 2002 2:08 PM	BASE always struck me as a suspiciously convenient acronym. I mean, when you're BASE jumping, you're jumping from a fixed and solid point, or base. Makes me think they just said "base" and then found words to go with it. After all, doesn't base jumping include jumping off big Rocks, like El Capitan? In which case it should be BASER jumping? Why, oh why, do I think about crap like this?
