Kevin_Keegans_Perm April 10, 2002 2:25 PM	"Frank the Filthy Flower" was around for ages in a UK comic called "Zit" before Bob The Angry Flower Showed up online (unless hes been around for a while in comics or newspapers). The only difference was Frank would say nothing for the entire strip , then shout obscenities for 3 or 4 frames at someone , usually an old woman , causing them to run away screaming , or hit him. always amusing.

Ah, Zit, with such loveable characters as "The Man Who Collects Eyeballs" and "Billy No Mates", the creation which caused thousands of lonely British children to contemplate suicide.

Actually, I just flicked through a Zit annual that I never knew I had and found an excellent comic called "Crap Alan" the blurb reads:

"Young cartoon boy Alan Brown was unfortunate to be born with no interesting comedy features, with Crap Alan pranks and japes-a-plenty are never around the corner!"

Basically a bunch of over-used comic book scenarios are played out in which Alan does nothing...

well, I laughed.
