The Queen visited my town today to promote her Golden Jubilee. I was going to go and lob petrol bombs at her, but I was too scared of getting caught. However, should she choose to enter this competition, she will find the tables turned.

In this contest, you may join the herd and obey my fascist rules, or be insubordinate and disobey them. That is, if you adhere to one, you have to adhere to them all, and if you violate one, you must violate them all. Here they are:

Say something good about an institution, such as the monarchy, religion, Hollywood or whatever.
Use no thought bubbles.
Do not make fun of any regulars.
Include the White House background at least once.

As ever, multiple entries are welcome, and if you break the rules in one comic, you can comply with them in another. Judging is scheduled for late Sunday or early Monday, provided the site retains functionality.
