I was guessing dexx meant "Shatner Physics" specificly...

though it's kind of a lame copyright one one joke. I mean, when someone makes a Tobor strip, do we all say, HA HA! You're so original because Tobor is a funny new thing!
Maternal Clock, Cowbow Physics of all kinds and so on have been abused to death without anyone questioning their authorship.

I think it depends on how you use them. If you do another Tobor strip where he just cornholes someone, that's not partcularly original. But I like to think that series concepts like making Tobor pregnant, inverting his personality, or putting him in prison are mildly original (at least for Tobor).
