I'm siding with boinky, here. It's difficult to pull off self-refernce in comedy, and self-refernce by itself isn't funny. Unless you create something radically different from your current three-strip embarassment, then there is literally no hope. Personally, if you're stuck on this self-reference thing, I'd go with something less impersonal. The funnymen of the world have one trick that they always haev waiting up their sleeve: MANRAPE. Learn it, know it, use it. That is all.

Actually, even though your first three comics are more or less crap, they DO show potential. Keep working at it.

The comic seems alright to me (I'm a really lenient judge) EXCEPT that the fish has absolutely no place in the comic. It should be removed.

This comic might also work a little better if you began some kind of series with it (the name even implies that we should expect a series). Maybe in #2 you can actually get to the adventure.
