This is what you say the next time a militant Pro-Lifer is bothering you:

114541

And if any of you are pro-life and find this offensive, why don't you quit reading and go eat some veal or something?

Oh yes, and I can't forget this one:

eww?

Maybe I'm not giving them a fair shot here, let me re-read them-- No, I was right the first time.

eww.

Being extremely pro-choice is just as wrong-headed as being extremely pro-life. It's a tough, life-changing decision and no woman makes it lightly.

Sorry to bring down the mood. uhmmm... will saying "Boner" make it all better?

Boner.

When I first read these comics, without the context of this forum post, I assumed you were being militantly pro-life. Now I'm confused.

Though I'm pretty sure "gorge" doesn't mean what you think it means.

Aside from the ambiguity, the comics are alright. If there's going to be a discussion about abortion, please take it to the Fights Go Here forum.

My mother contemplated getting an abortion when I was a fetus. I'm not joking.

8. The seam on the front of a coat or jacket where the lapel and the collar are joined.

True dat.

Isn't a gorge like a big eff-off crack in the ground?

As for the comic,

It was funny because it's true! But it was unfunny because the abortion debate is unfunny.

Making fun of weighty issues is like telling Salvador Dali to wait for a taxi: All you get at the end is an invoice and a melted stopwatch. It's a can of spring-loaded worms. Know what I'm saying?

You know, we oughtta put more money into researching a way to grow a fetus outside of the womb. That'll put this issue to rest once and for all.

Well, if we could remove a fetus from a mother but not have to kill it...

Surely that would defeat the whole purpose.

I don't think the actual purpose of abortion is to kill the fetus, more like a gruesome by-product.

Someone has issues. I think abortion isn't so much to kill a baby, but end a pregnancy. You may argue that it is the same exact damn thing, but really it isn't. I think that maybe this topic, to reiterate what someone already said, is more suited for the "Fights Go Here" category... not so much getting everyone to read it.

Kramer - I think you're better off broiling the babies and serving them with a red wine reduction sauce flavored with Thyme, Worstishire and a bit of garlic.

Um, guys, I'd appreciate it if you would stick to the topic of this thread:

Maybe someone should start a new thread called "Fetus Talk"?

What would people say in it? "Goo-goo gaa-gaa?" Probably not even that.

Besides, what's wrong with de-railing this thread? :-P

Devlin: That is a genuinely interesting and fascinating idea which I have honestly never heard raised before. Sadly I think it's a few hundred years before its time. Shame.

Oh man! This thread is headed for Threaddeath Central!

Can someone get me a sandwich and a bottle of Stella? We have time!

Oh man, wait! I missed my stop! Ahh! Morden!
