I think your comics are alright. I don't currently have any plans to write home about them, but there's nothing really bad about them. You avoid all the major newbie traps (overnarration, overexplanation, bad writing, etc.). I like your idea of using the house backgrounds to represent an IRC channel.

If I have one piece of advice, it's to work on making your strips more appealing to a general audience. It seems like there's not much in them that would make people outside your IRC channel laugh. Of course, you might not care about anyone else, which is okay, but I'm assuming you do since you bothered to post here.

Agreed, too "members only". It kind of looked like you put most of these together the same day, though, which is more patience than I have. Therefore, I give it 2 out of 5 cups of coffee this morning.
