Well, being as I don't like making rules, and being as it's the 50th anniversary of CC 155, the most lackadaisically-conceived contest ever, we're gonna redo a contest. Not just any contest, though--the best contest EVER (and one for which many of today's regs weren't present).

Here be the rules for this CC 205, as written by one Mr. ObiJo for CC 62:

- No titles to any comics submitted. Enter some spaces in your title field. I find not having titles interesting cuz your 3 panels have to stand on their own.

- 15 words or less. I think the funniest comics are the shortest ones because you usually have to touch on something intrinsically funny to pull it off.

- Any characters, any backgrounds.

New clarifications: no Photoshopping. Old comics are okay, just make sure they're from after 9/16/2001 (the end of CC 62). Also, borrowing from j_l, i am allowed to enter the contest, but not to win. Judging will be before the end of Tuesday, although if we wind up getting as many great entries as Obi did, I may let it go a bit longer. Finally, just for fun and/or inspiration, here's the winner of CC 62:

Okay... this is weird, and maybe it only affects me, but I find that when I type a few spaces for the title, my comics come out with no header, which is really freaky-looking (not to mention it makes it hard to post). Therefore, I will accept variations on the untitled rule, like putting in ellipses or parentheses or "Untitled" or even "Missing Title: Please Title Your Comic Strip." Just not a real title.

And do we really want to make brad mad again? Also, dont you think thats going against the whole *the title distracts you from the comic* thing? Just some food for thought.
