Prime Ministers, Presidents, Nobility, Chancellors, Ambassadors, Diplomats, Senators, Congressmen, Governors, and varous representatives of mankind.	I've asked you all here today because with terrorism on the rise we need to determine what precautions to take to ensure our governments' safety.	Any suggestions?
