Little Timmie Learns the meaning of Economics

The Adventure Continues...our hero, Little Timmy is in a quandry (it's next to the State of Confusion)
I'm trying to remember the most important principle of Economics
Well, let's see....
And you wonder why they call Economics the "dismal science"?
no...no...no...no...
...is it voluntary exchange....cost-benefit analysis...supply & demand...needs vs. wants?
Not so "dismal" anymore, is it?
It's the principle you need when you didn't do so well at remembering the other principles...
EXTRA CREDIT!?!

Our hero, Little Timmy is still trying to figure out Economics...
I don't get this Cost-Benefit Analysis....
It's pretty simple....you choose the alternative with the greatest benefit & the least amount of cost.....
All of the sudden, everything kinda "clicked"...
So lot's of benefits, little cost....I LIKE IT!!!
But sometimes, you have to coose the alternative with lots of costs, and little benefit because it's required...
Maybe that sound was the light being turned off...
Oh....like Economics class!

Today, it's "substitution" ...the ability to replace one thing with another of similar value....
Wow, he looks aerodynamic, but can he TEACH?

See...actually this is closer to who I really am....getting in touch with my Inner Economist, as it were....
The "Trouble with Tribbles" comes to mind...
This is like a really bad episode of Star Trek....and that's saying something!!!!
