thursday i didnt get much done on my day off. just junk mail at the po box. i bought some work shirts at goodwill, and some books i'll probably never read.
i found some pineapples. i got signed up for a new internet account, but now i have to install it.
i forgot the comedy club was closed tonight, so i wandered around downtown. dinner was a bowl of rice, $2.50 at thai paradise, coffee $4 next door.
a steak house pays $14-18/hr. i'm doing some research on wage rates.
came home to install the new modem, but i dont really want to go up to the attic so i'm putting it off.
friday i worked 9 hours. after 3 days of calling i got through to kansas city and booked a screening for a $20K study that i probably won't get into. 1000 miles, 2 screenings, a hotel, etc.
