It has to be something believable...

Maybe we can have him actually go a while without some bizarre family crisis, or murdering someone, or something like that...
As if the audience will fall for such an unbelievable plot, a doctor who spends his time actually being a doctor. Maybe we could try Mark falls in love with a killer robot...
