Ideas I've stolen - Randomly Appearing Snowman

The_Young_Scot created one of the greates characters in history, the infmaous, Randomly Appearing Snowman. Noone knows where he comes from or goes to. All I know is it was a good idea and I stole it for cheap laughs.
