	Remember, nintynine percent of all customers are happy, deserving, and cooperative when we try to help them.


	Occasionally there will be one that is bitter with life or just confused. Resulting in bad feelings no matter how hard we try to please them.


	That being said, we must remember that not every customer should wittness our attitudes towards the bitter few.
