MILWAUKEE is installing high tech security cameras on the city's Southside. These cameras will be monitored by police in an effort to cut down on crime in that area.

Well....?? Truthfully??? I'd have to say no. Because I know exactly where they are installing those cameras. And..most of the individuals that 'hangout' there are homeless skids, drunks and headcases!
