How do you make a comic soap-opera with an urban edge to it but not with so many characters that it becomes unmanageable?? If anyone knows please tell me? Here's an attempt.

	Hmmmmm...???? Sounds pretty quiet out there! I don't hear anyone in the hall! Hmmmm?? If I just..open..my door realll...quiet like..I can sneak.. downstairs..to the bar!


	Shhhh! Heyyy..kid. Be real quiet. 'They' can hear you in 'their' rooms when we talk in the hall. I got something to tell yah. Let'z go downstairs to The Bar and talk there. Shhh.


	It's that crabby old man! I wonder what the hell he wants?? This place has more nuts in it than a frickin' fruit cake!


	What do you want old man??! I suppose you want me to buy you a beer too? Or are you gonna start trying to trick me that your my 'friend' too?!
