Here's a comment. After reading several of your comics, I think the problem is that your punchlines are too "wordy."
You don't have to explain the funny. Just write it. Let us figure it out.
For this one, I would have gone for something like..."Would you prefer a vagina sand'itch?"
Or he could say, "Did you imagine Vaginal Itch?" That way it echoes what she said in the previous panel.
Hope this advice helps. I do like this comic, but it could have been funnier.
