One Morning before Daniel went to school he had a talk with his Dad.
Hey Dad!
How you doing son?
I'm Doing pretty good, remember how you told me about reminding you something?
I forgot what was it son?
Frank didn't know if he should tell his dad.
Should i tell him, he might get scare...

When you go to the Doctor think of something else think of good things.
You know how many times i have tried that son...

His son came up with some great Ideas.
Don't make it a big deal. Don't think about the needle, or getting the needle. Don't worry about the size of the needle, and don't stress over the pain.
THAT MIGHT WORK!
WAIT DAD I HAVE MORE IDEAS!!
Then talk!
This Idea was way better!
If you keep stressing over the needle before you even get the shot, you're just building up anxiety that in the long run would make the needle more uncomfortable.
You really think that could work?

His son Frank gave his Dad many ideas
Relax! Remember to relax, look away, count from 1 to 10, when you are distracted you are not thinking about the needle and by the time you reach ten you will be ready to leave.
Ok son thank you for your Advice im heading to the Doctor's now i hope what you told me works.
