About ZacarÃas_es_comico
One of the first friends I made here at Stripcreator was Zacarias_es_comico. I think you have heard about him. He is twelve years old, he made some strips and posted lots of comments in the forums. He always strived for doing comic strips that other users could regard as 'funny'; he repeated many times: "tell me what can I do to make my strips funnier."
Unfortunately, most of the times he received comments like "your comics are not funny" or the classic "your comics suck"; he started a thread hoping to receive constructive feedback, but then again he didn't get much support to guide him to the improvement he wholeheartedly wished.
He was always nice, polite and attentive when he wrote to me. Time has gone by since the day he wrote the last private message I received from him. This last message finished with the word "Adios". Then I noticed that he had edited his account to change his signature. He usually had there some phrase in Spanish. But now, as you can see in any of his forums postings, it is a word in English: "Bye".
Zac was a regular here for weeks. All of a sudden he's gone. I don't know if he will come back some day. And I hope he will. But it just calls my attention that we the stripcreators always strive to be the funniest and we work hard to prove it, but while doing so sometimes we forget about the feelings and needs of other people here.
I just want to say, in case he comes back to read this:
Adiós, amigo Zac. Extraño tu alegrÃa y tu deseo de superación. Ojalá vuelvas.
