Damn, some of the n00bs probably think I'm a newbie at this point. Stupid work, keeping me from what's really important. Posting on a forum with a bunch of people I've never met.
By the way, KFF, I am not against all forms of music. Hell, I recently bought a TMBG album. Which sucks, because they didn't have the one I wanted at Tower, so I had to settle with one that was only half as good as I expected. :(
Anyway, I can appreciate music in most forms. I've even thought about starting a mallcore band, and doing interviews, referring to my band, as well as others that my band sounds like as "mallcore", just to clear up terms. Then the incredible power of my inertia kicked in and I remembered I'm too lazy to embark on such a perilous journey.
Anyway, I will try to post at least a couple days a week from now on, the couple days of the week I am off, that is.
As for this newbie thing, GOD, I thought we were over the whole thing ages ago. Yeah, it's annoying that the first fifty or so topics are really quite pointless and/or posts with over 50 pages, which I am not going to sift through. But frankly, live and let live, so long as the people are intelligent enough to join in on a conversation, make TEH FUNNEH, and maybe do some reading before posting.
Hell, when I first joined up, I read the entire catalogue of posts. Granted, that was about 30 threads total, but still.
It's too bad we've lost some of the more interesting regs to internal disputes, and stupid n00bs (not newbies, n00bs, assholes who jump into something they know nothing about and become dicks to everyone). People like DexX are sorely missed, in my opinion.
