I noticed that a lot of people weren't following the current FTC competition rules, I remind you they change from competition to competition, so to make it more visible, would the next host please use this information, which can be easily copied and pasted from ftcrules.txt?

(Start pasting)
---------------
The goal of this competition is to add text to the last panel. You are finishing the comic by adding a punchline
NEXT HOST:
USE FTCRULES.TXT to be able to post FTC rules correctly
Rules
Awards List (Paste at judging)

You MAY NOT use different characters

You MAY NOT use different backgrounds

You MAY NOT use different poses

You MAY flip direction of characters

You MAY NOT use replace characters with objects in the props directory
--------------- (End pasting)

These rules are easy to change by making the MAY NOT become may, and the no.gif become ok.gif

Also, this image is included for some occasions:

EXTRA RULE POSSIBILITIES:
-Finish only the second panel
-Finish only the first panel
-Finish the last two panels
-Finish only the text for the last character on the last panel

and finally... I added the monty python award, submitted by Xuanwu, goldenized by me.

I think it's just that a lot of people were going for the funniest rule breaker award.

You could have at least put all the Pythons on it. C'mon man!

hahah that might be it

no, you did post the rules but people seem to assume the rules are exactly the same competition to competition so I figured the colors of the ok and no would help people know they change

Eric Idle has always been my favorite thanks to his part as Wreck-Gar in Transformers. And the picture would've turned out bad if I'd tried to fit too much in there.

You could have at least made the award a giant foot, or a dead parrot or something. :P

It may not be a bad idea to add an image for whether swtiching sides is okay. I remember when I was judging one of them, some people mistook "mirroring the characters" to mean the one on the left can be on the right and the one on the right, on the left.
