This is very weird. It's actually there, but some issue with the way the thread is set up is dorking my paging code and it's not displaying properly because of its specific position. If there were one more post before it, it would show up.

The forums behaved differently back when that contest was run. Very interesting bug. I commend it on its ingenuity and subtleness.
