Well then! Let's see what trouble we can stir up with this next competition. Please register here if you want to participate in the next cup. The first 8 to say they wish to compete will be selected. Anyone else that mentions that they would like to judge will be added to that list. I will check this thread again on Sept 6th and post the matches for the first heat.

I'd like to judge. I'll participate as well in the unlikely event that you don't get 8 contestants within a week.

I'd personally like to see preference go to anyone who has not been in or won a round of the previous comic cups. I'd be happy to judge, and like evil_d, participate should there be vacancies to fill.

I'll kick off the first round in a new post shortly. I atoned for previous Comic Cup sins by wearing white shoes after labor day and walking through Lord and Taylor so everyone starts on a clean slate! Have fun!

1. Due to the sudden hiring of new comic characters, the old characters are starting to worry about their jobs.

2. Use DexX in 1 and only 1 panel.

All contestants may vote (except Lady J and crabby, of course) and all judges can vote. I will check around 24 hrs after the second comic is posted and cast a tie breaking vote if needed before posting rules for the next match.
