I think that the bought of laughter at such a thought could be taken as a "no"... of course, I'm not an expert.

Whenever someone's laughed after I asked such a question, I tend to assume it as a "yes".

I also tend to be reported upon shortly afterwards and weekly have to vist an old retirement home daily as part of a community service.
