This might be a good time for someone to sign up as an understudy, in case I'm not around at 2pm for some reason or another. So, the next person who posts here will be the understudy and will start ICC2 at precisely 2:01pm thursday if I'm not around.

Welcome to ICC2.

Rule the first: Use Fishhand.
Second rule: You will make no mention of Fishhand having a fish for a hand.
Number three: The first panel must use the "door open" exterior background.
Fourth'd: Fishhand should have some sort of speech impediment.

An example:

You can use 1, 2 or 3 panels.
You have about 30 minutes.
Stop when I yell "stop".
Judging will be immediately after I do that.
Have fun! Or don't! Go!
