On the "Edit account" page, where it asks for your password, replace the ink spots it shows with your desired new password. Then type that same one into the "confirm password" box.
I know, not intuitive. It got me too long ago.
Will some mod move this thread to "Regarding" once Chaplin acknowledges receipt?
