3-3-4 works better for me.

I'd prefer to see a 3-4-3 but then I was always a fan of the Dutch total football system.

Okay, I e-mailed out everyone's addresses for our four swap groups. If for some reason you didn't get yours let me know. I think I managed to divide up the groups so everyone is swapping with people they haven't been grouped with before. If anyone wants to side-swap, I'm happy to do so with them, let me know.
