The following is a picture of a large bush that lies directly on my property line. Each and every year my neighbor is first to trim his side of the bush and I usually wait until...um...maybe mid September to trim MY side of the bush. I'm sure its more...fuck you then it is...I'm too busy.

Get some reflectors and plant them in the middle of the bush so it seems as if there's a colony of strange, evil-eyed pygmies living in there. Then if your neighbor complains, declare that it's under protection for cultural preservation.
