The answer:

it's a comic showing the worst way to die, worst way to be murdered, even worst way to kill someone, worst way to be told you are dead, or worst way to be told that a friend or family member has passed away . So that's the contest.. do anything along those lines.

What do you think the worst way to die is? To realize on your deathbed that your life has amounted to nothing and your death is just random and arbitrary with no meaning or significance. Would it make your death better if you knew your flesh would provide me with a tasty treat? I can't say that it would. How about if I told you that your misery and suffering has filled my life with untold glee. Would you then feel that your life has amounted to something and die happy? I don't know what to say. I didn't know I meant so much to you.
