Uh. I've kinda got a SITUATION.

See, I made a comic, and there's a huge problem with it, but I didn't notice the problem until I'd saved it.

You see my problem? The background tiled on me. It looks like hell. I think it's because I jammed so many words in there, I dunno.

But the point is, I'd really really like to go back and fix it. I'm positive that this site used to let you go back and edit saved comics, but I can't find that function any more.

So please help! I'd hate to have to do the whole thing over again just because of a simple mistake.

The tiling is indeed because you used so many words.  It does show in the preview, so you can avoid it if you remember to look out for it.

The editing function is only available if you're logged in as a donor, and your account isn't one.

The good news is that there's no real minimum on the amount you have to donate in order to get donor status.  See http://www.stripcreator.com/faq.php#donating .

I had a feeling it might be a donor-only thing.

I'll see what I got in my PayPal. :)

And I'll certainly check very thoroughly for problems before I hit Save from this point on. :)

I rated that comic 'Good'. I didn't even notice the sky-floor til you pointed it out.

I justed donated but I still can't edit my comics. (Or I can't figure out how to edit them.) Do I have to wait a day or so before I can edit them? Any advice?

Okay, no need to answer my question. It works now.

I too have an issue with one of my comics and would like to edit it. I have made a donation and sent two emails to Brad but no response. Is it only Brad who can allow editing or is there something I or anyone else can do?

It's only Brad.  He can be a little slow to get around to it sometimes.  Give it a few days.

I was locked in seclusion at a bachelor party. I've gotta switch this to work automatically so I can stop doing them by hand.

I hit the wrong character button in a panel on my latest strip. I am a donor, so I can usually edit. This time, though, when I hit the edit button I get a message saying it's not my comic. Bug in the system?
