I'm bringing this up because the Funny Times is the only other comic-making site that I've found to be any good, and no one here has mentioned it. 

 The gallery there tends to be pretty good, though there is just as much pathetic crap made on there as any other comic site... plus, it's political comics-focused.

 Which isn't always a bad thing.
